The Awakening Story

Discovered at age 14 by Theosophist Charles Leadbeater on Adyar beach → groomed as the prophesied "World Teacher" by Annie Besant and the Order of the Star → underwent the "Process" (intense kundalini awakening) in Ojai California in August 1922 → in 1929 dissolved the Order, repudiated all gurus and organisations, and spent 60 years teaching radical inner freedom.
